The agency has a very exciting and unique opportunity to partner with a local Real Estate Brokerage to ease the insurance process for home buyers. The Agency owner has been a long-standing pillar in the community, and is ready to take her already growing and top-producing agency to the next level. We are seeking to hire trusted advisors who have knowledge of the industry, a strong desire to help customers understand the importance of proper coverage and educating the clients on why insurance is so important.

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be responsible for developing relationships, explaining Allstate products & services, advising clients on coverages, meeting set production goals and being part of a winning team.

Compensation Package includes Base Salary + Commissions

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $90000.00 per year

• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources, including working with a local real estate agency to be a resource for their home buying clients.
• Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why its so important to have proper coverage
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Answer the phone and assist walk in customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs

• MUST live within driving distance and be willing to work in office at the Wynnewood, PA Agency *REQUIRED*
• MUST have a valid Property and Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
• MUST have a minimum 1 year selling P&C Insurance *REQUIRED*
• MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
• Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
• Desire to want to help educate others on insurance how and why its important to have the proper coverage
• Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
